After your Payment has been Confirmed, Our Design Team will Create a Virtual Proof and Send to you via email.

In the case where we are doing the design, we will send you a draft of your design for your approval within 24 hours.

Kindly review all text, lettering, spelling, images, and formatting to ensure you are satisfied with your Virtual Proof.

If everything is exactly how you want it, simply reply to the email saying “Approved” so we can proceed to printing your project.

Once your approval is received via email, the 2 working days window begins.

We will NOT PRINT without your approval.

Virtual Proof approval must be received by 12 noon for order to be delivered within 2 working days.

Books and Newspapers are excluded from the timelines given above.

For Book and Newspaper orders an account manager will contact you once your order is received to advice on timelines depending on the exact nature of the job.
